The Resolution regarding conformity assessment establishes a simplified approach to the procedures for assessing the conformity of products with technical requirements and applies to products:
subject to mandatory certification and declaration of conformity, which is the object of conformity assessment with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Republic of Belarus, the Eurasian Economic Union (Customs Union), included in the list of objects of mandatory conformity assessment of the National System of Conformity Assessment of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated October 21, 2016 No. 849;
produced in the Republic of Belarus and imported into the Republic of Belarus, put into circulation and circulated in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
