By Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission dated May 11, 2023 No. 55, the updated lists were approved (hereinafter referred to as the Decision of the EEC Board, document):
international and regional (interstate) standards, and in their absence - national (state) standards, as a result of which, on a voluntary basis, compliance with the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On the safety of low-voltage equipment" (TR TS 004/2011) is ensured;
international and regional (interstate) standards, and in their absence, national (state) standards containing the rules and methods of research (testing) and measurements, including the rules for sampling, necessary for the application and fulfillment of the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs Union "On safety of low-voltage equipment” (TR CU 004/2011) and assessing the conformity of objects of technical regulation.
By this Decision of the EEC Board, paragraph 2 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs Union dated August 16, 2011 No. 768 "On the adoption of the technical regulation of the Customs Union On the safety of low-voltage equipment" was also declared invalid.
The decision of the EEC Board shall enter into force after 180 calendar days from the date of its official publication. Date of publication of the document - May 12, 2023
