The international cooperation

Being a competent national technical organization, BELLIS pursues an active policy and carries out a number of activities to represent the Republic of Belarus and the national industry at the regional and international levels

At the regional level

- accredited certification body and testing laboratory according to the technical regulations of the CU/EAEU;

- one of the key developers of the technical regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU 004/2011 Safety of low-voltage equipment and TR CU 020/2011 Electromagnetic compatibility), as well as the rules and procedures of the EAEU in the field of technical regulation

- member of four subcommittees of the EEC Advisory Committee on technical regulation, application of sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary measures (Subcommittee on technical regulations and standards; Subcommittee on coordination of work in the field of accreditation and conformity assessment; Subcommittee on coordination of work in the field of state control (supervision) over compliance with requirements of the technical regulations of the EAEU Subcommittee for the coordination of work in the field of ensuring the uniformity of measurements.

International level

- BELLIS engineers take an active part in the work of IEC technical committees and the development of IEC international standards

- Representative body of the Republic of Belarus in the global international conformity assessment system for electrical equipment and components IECEE (IECEE Member Body)

- National Certification Body (NCB), Testing Laboratory (CBTL) and IECEE. IECEE BELLIS certificates are recognized in more than 50 countries of the world BELLIS international accreditation in IECEE (2010) was a logical continuation of accreditation at the European level by the German accrediting body (DATech / DAkkS, 1998 - 2010)

- BELLIS experts are accredited as international auditors IECEE (IECEE Technical Assessors) and conduct audits of international testing and certification institutes (UL, TUV, KTC, etc.).

- Agreements on mutual recognition of the results of work (tests and inspections of production) with the world's leading testing and certification institutions have been signed and are being actively implemented, which provides access for national manufacturers' products to the EU market (CE marking) and world markets: VDE Germany (1997), NEMKO Norway (1998), IMQ (Italy), TUV RHEINLAND, INTERTEK SEMKO (Sweden), EVPU (Slovakia), LCIE (France), PCBC (Poland), Electrosuisse (Switzerland), SIQ (Slovakia), TUV SUD PSB (Singapore) ), KTC (Korea), EZU (Czech Republic) JQA (Japan), CEPREI (China).

- Conducting training for international specialists in the requirements of international and national standards.

- Initiation and implementation of international technical assistance projects in Belarus and the CIS, financed by the European Commission, UNDP/GEF and other international donors.

- An audit organization within the framework of the Poland-Belarus-Ukraine Cross-Border Cooperation Program for 2014-2020 to verify the expenditures of Belarusian beneficiaries under the Program

- The main organizer of the IEC 2015 General Assembly in Minsk-

- Support in the implementation of international investment projects in Belarus in terms of meeting the requirements of technical regulation in a consortium with leading international testing and certification institutes.
