Copies of issued certificates

BELLIS (Service Provider) provides services of making copies of issued Conformity Certificates

Certificate Copying Procedure for residents of Belarus:

• Submission of an authorization (power of attorney) from the certificate holder for obtaining certificate copies.
• Submission of the Certificate Copying Application by e-mail copii.cert@bellis.by (sample letter of application).
• Invoicing the applicant for making certificate copies.
• Payment confirmation by sending a copy of the respective Payment Order by e-mail copii.cert@bellis.by
• Making copies of Conformity Certificates.
• Receiving certificate copies by the applicant against a company power of attorney (issued using the standard accounting form or on the company letterhead bearing the company seal) on the next day following the payment confirmation, between 02:00 PM and 04:30 PM.

Certificate copying procedure for residents of other Eurasian Economic Union member countries:

• Submission of an authorization (power of attorney) from the certificate holder for obtaining certificate copies.
• Submission of the Company Profile Card (full company name, legal and actual address, a/c details) and the Certificate Copying Application by e-mail copii.cert@bellis.by (sample letter of application).
• Drafting a contract by the Service Provider (payment currency: Belarusian or Russian roubles only) and sending it to the applicant.
• Signing the contract by the applicant and returning it by e-mail copii.cert@bellis.by
• Invoicing the applicant for making certificate copies.
• Payment confirmation by sending a copy of the respective Payment Order by e-mail copii.cert@bellis.by
• Making copies of Conformity Certificates. Copies are only made after the payment amount is credited to the Service Provider's account.
• Receiving certificate copies by the applicant against a company power of attorney (issued using the standard accounting form or on the company letterhead bearing the company seal) on the next day following the day on which the payment amount is credited, between 02:00 PM and 04:30 PM. Copies can be sent by post to those organizations which have no representative in Belarus (at the applicant's expense).
