BELLIS Testing and Certification of Home Appliances and Industrial Products JSC is a Testing Laboratory and a Certification Body accredited at Regional (EAEU – Eurasian Economic Union of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Armenia and Kirgizia) and National (Belarus) levels and participates in the IEC System of Conformity Assessment Schemes for Electrotechnical Equipment and Components (IECEE)

BELLIS is a Member Body for Belarus in IECEE as well as National Certification Body (NCB), Testing Laboratory (CBTL) and Factory Surveillance Body (FSB).

BELLIS has been assessed and accepted in IECEE in 2010 and currently is qualified to perform issuing/recognizing IECEE CB Certificates for 14 product categories:

• BATT (Batteries);
• CABL (Cables and cords);
• CONT (Switches for appliances and automatic controls for electrical household appliances);
• E3 (Energy Efficiency);
• EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility);
• HOUS (Household and similar equipment);

• MED (Electrical equipment for medical use);
• OFF (IT and office equipment);
• POW (Low voltage, high power switching equipment);
• PROT (Installation protective equipment);

• TRON (Electronics, entertainment).

Starting from 1998, Bellis has been successfully developing cooperation based on mutual recognition of test results with world leading Testing and Certification Institutes (VDE, NEMKO, TUV, UL and others). This became possible after BELLIS Lab and CB got accredited in 1998 by German Accreditation Body DATech (currently DAKKS).

BELLIS is accredited to perform conformity approval in acc. with Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).
