On some issues of acceptance of the documents on conformity assessment of products with the requirements of unified Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union by customs services

According to the Contract on Eurasian Economic Union from May 29, 2014 (point 2, article 53), Minutes on technical regulation within Eurasian Economic Union (Attachment № 9 to the specified Contract) aimed on provision of technical regulation measures towards goods imported to the member countries of EAEU, Eurasian Economic Commission Council decided:

1) Customs services of the member countries shall provide acceptance of the documents on conformity assessment of products with the requirements of unified Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union, issued and registered in any member country of EAEU referring to the goods imported to the member countries from the third countries and further release of these goods with specified documents;

2) Government of the member countries shall fulfil adjustment of technological documents regulating informational interaction by means of integrated informational system of Union allowing prompt and automatic use of issued and adopted documents on conformity assessment of products with the requirements of unified Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union data by customs services;

3) Customs services shall provide use of data from national parts of unified registers of issued and adopted documents on conformity assessment of products with the requirements of unified Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union until fulfillment of works on affiliation to the main processes within Union.

4) This Resolution is entering into force after 10 days from the moment of Its official publication.
